Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Terms

This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation and refund procedures for digital marketing services offered by [Inbuiltsoft Solution] ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") to its clients ("Client", "you", or "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

2. Service Nature

All our services—including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Paid Advertising, and other digital marketing solutions—are intangible, customized, and initiated only after detailed consultation. Due to this nature, refunds and cancellations are handled case-by-case with full transparency and fairness.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Service Commencement:
    You may request to cancel the services within 24 hours of payment, provided work has not commenced. A cancellation request must be sent via email to [support@inbuiltsoft.com].

  • After Service Commencement:
    Once work has begun, cancellation is not typically permitted. However, partial cancellations may be considered at our discretion, based on the scope of work completed.

  • Subscription/Retainer Services:
    Monthly services can be canceled with a minimum of 7 days' prior notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current month.

4. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Payments:
    Payments made for strategy planning, setup fees, consultations, and any completed phase of service are non-refundable.

  • Partial Refunds:
    In certain circumstances, if the client is unsatisfied and work has not been completed as agreed, a partial refund may be granted after reviewing the situation and after deducting applicable service charges.

  • No Refund Circumstances:
    Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

    • Change of mind after service initiation

    • Delay or non-performance due to client’s failure to provide required inputs or approvals

    • Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations not aligned with agreed deliverables

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Berhampur, Odisha, India.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
